The documents we prepare such as cover letters, résumés and key selection criteria are based on a combination of information received by you and our understanding of your needs and requirements. Hence, the information gathering stage and your availability to respond to questions throughout all projects within time frames is crucial. Credits can be issued if for example you order a gold package that includes 3 applications and you only have 1 job advertisement of interest upon ordering, your résumé writer will make a note that are still in 'credit' to have a second application prepared at a later stage, when a position of interest becomes available. There is no expiry date, therefore you can use anytime in the future. However credits cannot be refunded and form part of an already discounted package.

Timeframes

We do not have a fixed turnaround time as all packages vary in time, complexity are worked on by our writers around government job closing dates. However as a standard procedure your order will typically be completed and sent in MS Word and PDF format 24 to 48 hours before your job's closing date. As a general guide we require at least 7 days, depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload. If you require an express service and or wish to secure an exact completion time to allow maximum review time, we offer EXPRESS SERVICE for $100 extra to produce your documents within 3-working days from ordering - which is perfect for that all important urgent job application. If you dont order EXPRESS SERVICE we cannot guarantee an exact day and time or completion as jobs are completed in order and are also controlled by the client's repsonse to questions and availability. Once you have received a final draft in Word and PDF format, you may review the documents and provide any comments or feedback for editing. Once your feedback and clarification has been is received, the changes are made quickly and emailed back to you as final documents - ready to use. We cannot make changes that we are unaware of therefore it is important to communicate with our team should any refinements, additions or changes that are required which are happily provided via phone or email.
